Introduction & Agreement to Terms
Welcome to FPL Stakes ("the Service"), a platform operated by FPL Stakes Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").
By creating an account or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
Important Notice
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Must be 18 years or older
Legal Compliance
Must be legal in your jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and participate in any contests on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is legal in your jurisdiction.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend or terminate the accounts of any users who do not meet these criteria.
User Accounts
Account Creation
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your real name, email address, and any other required verification details.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account through our support channels.
One Account per Person
Strict Policy
Each individual is permitted to have only one user account. Creating multiple accounts for collusion or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.
Contests, Fees, and Prizes
League Types
Weekly Leagues
Contests lasting for a single Fantasy Premier League (FPL) gameweek.
Seasonal Leagues
Contests running for the FPL season duration with limited joining windows.
Entry and Scoring
To enter a contest, you must pay the specified entry fee from your FPL Stakes wallet. All entries are final and non-refundableonce a league has started. Your score is determined by the official points your linked FPL team accrues during the relevant contest period.
Prize Distribution & Platform Fee
The total prize pool for a league is calculated from the sum of all entry fees, less a platform fee (our "rake"). The specific platform fee percentage is clearly displayed on each league's details page before you join.
In the event of a tie for a prize position, the prize money for the tied positions will be combined and distributed evenly among the tied players.
League Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any league that does not meet its specified minimum number of participants before the contest begins. In such cases, all entry fees will be fully refunded to users' wallets.

All funds on the platform are held in Nigerian Naira (NGN). You may deposit funds into your wallet using our approved payment methods and withdraw funds to a verified bank account.
We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals to comply with regulatory requirements. We are not a financial institution, and your wallet balance does not accrue interest.
User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Automation
Using scripts, bots, or automated means to access the Platform
Fraud
Cheating, collusion, or any fraudulent activity
Harassment
Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
Security
Disrupting or interfering with platform security
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of all funds in your wallet.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League or the official Fantasy Premier League game.
We rely on the FPL API for scoring data and are not responsible for any delays, errors, or inaccuracies from this third-party source.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPL Stakes Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
